Iraq War will lead to More Drug Rehab(via Worldwide Drug Addiction News)

The war that is taking place right now has a lot of hidden and future costs.  Drug rehab will be one of them.  Let's face it, there are few things in life that can possibly be more stressful than war.  Especially a war that seems to be growing more and more unpopular every day.  The arguments taking place ab the politicians really has to erode the resolve of the young men and women doing ther very best in a no win situation.

This level of stress will lead to drug abuse now and in the future with these people.  The counseling available to reurning vets seems to be not at a level to adequately help them cope with what they have been through.  These stress levels will lead to increased self medication with drugs and alcohol.  This will equate into the need for more drug rehab.  It is only a matter of how long will it take for a percentage of returning vets to develop full blown addictions.  A simpler solution would be to help them now, before it gets worse.  I doubt that will happen though.  It's a sad thank-you for the effort they have shown.
