Virus of the AIDS: more than 27.000 new European cases of infection in 2006 (AFP via Yahoo! Current events)

In 2006, 27.259 new cases of infection by the virus of AIDS (HIV) were declared among 28 Convention countries European and three countries of EFTA (Iceland, Norway and Switzerland), according to EuroHIV.
